The Crossing
The Crossing at First Baptist Church is a caring college community of young adults who strive towards walking in the footsteps of Chirst as we connect, grow, serve, and share together.
Bible Studies:
College Bible study is every Sunday morning at 9:30 in the white house, which is arcross Springfield street from the main building. There are two studies that go on, one is on the book of Romans, and the other is a video series called "The Christian Athiest."
There is also a College Bible study that meets every Thursday evening. It is held in Larry and Jeanne Stehr's home (280 Wildwood Pl Bolivar) at 7:00pm. Right now we are working through a book called In Transit: What to Do With Your Wait.
Announcements:
This semester we have started a college worship service prior to supper. It is held each Sunday in the fellowship hall at 7:00. We beign by singing a few songs, and then there is a short devotional. We would like to get students involved with leading this, so if you can lead worship or would like to give a 15 minute talk, please let us know. Thanks!
College Supper for February 26 will be at 7:30pm in the fellowship hall of the main building.
