Welcome to the spring 2012 edition of the FBC University catalog. It is our goal that every church member will connect with God through participation in a Core Discipleship Group—whether they meet as a Sunday school class or as a “Weekday Small Group.” Core Discipleship Groups serve as the foundation of the small group ministry since they meet on an ongoing basis with Bible study as the key component. The more than twenty courses described in this catalog provide additional tools for connecting with God and building relationships with people. FBCU classes are short-term. They focus on either Bible studies or on topical studies such as discipleship, fundamentals of Christianity, personal finances, and spiritual growth.
